We actually milk a cow for our awesome cheese class!
It's a great experience and lots of laughs!
Co-piloted by our very own Brooke Jennette a local cheese and wine specialist! Brooke will be the expert in explaining the ends and outs of cheese and its history.
I will be at the helm, leading the session from an actual cow milking demonstration to making farmers cheese from that fresh, off the cow, raw milk.
Classes are held on Saturdays, 4 pm - 8:30 pm. Limited to 12 attendees per class.
We have 3 dates to choose from: June 13th, September 12th, or December 12th
Class includes heavy appetizers and non-alcoholic beverages.
